Surgical Friends Foundation, a 501(c)3 brings medical care in the third world to a higher conceptual level: Surgical Friends don't just perform surgeries, but teach the doctors in developing countries how to do them as well, thus sustainably improving health care wherever they visit. Performing surgeries in such countries as Cambodia and St. Vincent Island, the improvements to quality of life can be seen not just in the smiles of the patients they help, but in the communities that they live.
